Management is the steps or process to manage the Activities, Business uses Management process to produce Maximum Results.

Management Process include Five Steps are as:

1) Planning

2) Organizing

3) Staffing 

4) Directing 

5) Controlling  

Discussing one by one in below -

1) Planning : The First step in management process is planning. Planning is the Blue print of Future plan in which all details are made where all steps are defined and prepare and Planning helps every business to make success in future plan and without planning businesses does not take any decision regarding their day to day works. Planning helps in making Business plan, Sales plan, Budgets Forecasting, manpower requirement for works plan, materials required for business plan etc. The Planning basically used by Businesses and it helps everywhere in businesses and project managements   .

2) Organizing : Organizing is the second step of Management and Organizing is the organize and arrange of  requirements like Raw-materials, Capital etc.

3) Staffing : Staffing is the third step of Management Process and Staffing is the responsibility work to tackle a Right Person to  right place .Like An employee have Accountant Skill then need to give account related work to them or sent to Accountant Department for their Work and Need to give Accountant related tasks to them If you are giving another work to them then he will not put 100 percentage to there and Assign works to every employee according to their Skills so that easy to achieve targets and success for the business.

4) Directing : After completed above three steps. A Manager or team leader should be directs or leads the employees according to Functions. Such as sales and marketing , accountant etc. Direct communication between the employees and make a good team to achieve  the company targets easily.

5) Controlling : Controlling is the last and First process of  Management process. Controlling is track or Check every steps of management works which are running in the Business and keep matching current work progress to initial plan which make in planning stage and if they are not matching with the intial plan then need to find out Deviations there and Correct them.

Importance Of Management Process:

  • It helps in  making Business Planning: Management process Helps in making Planning Like - Sales and Marketing Report, Budget and Forecasting, Future plans Forecasting, Technological Report, Raw Material requirement in future, other reports etc.
  • It helps in making Business Decisions: Management process helps in making Decisions easily for their Blue print plan.
  • It helps in comparing initial stage and final stage productivity of  Business: Management process helps in making the business to compare  easily business of their Current production capacity to initial plan according.
  • It helps in Taking Future Decisions as well as Current Decisions: Management Process helps to Business easily to take Decisions based on their management plans.
  • It helps in Achieving Group Goals : Management Process where all works are assigned to every person according to their skill and Management helps to employees of the organization to easily achieve their targets and if employees reach the targets than also company achieve their goals.
  • utilization Of Resources : Full utilization of resources should be work in the business if  company made a plan in the initial stage so easily business forecasts the requirement of  raw materials, manpower requirements, capital requirement on daily operation of the business, and other requirements  business know if they made a plan in the previous stage and it helps in making and this helps a businesses to use Full utilization of Resources.
  • Reduce Costs: In the business organizations if the work in going on planning basis then the cost invested at raw materials, Manpower place and other will definitely reduce the costs of the Business Organization.
  • Establish Equilibrium: It helps to businesses to work in changing environment easily.

  • To get Maximum result with minimum Efforts: Every business organization uses management process now 'why' Because Management process provides clarity to future of businesses  organizations and Companies uses the Management process to reduce future risks and if companies reduces their risks so easily can make profits to businesses organization and get maximum output result with minimum efforts if they use management process in the right direction and follow all steps.
  • To get Maximum prosperity for Employers and Employees: Business organizations should be follow smooth functioning in the Business Organization and coordination between the employees. they help both employees as well as employers benefits like wages, Good working condition etc.
  • To Betterment towards Society: If Business organizations follow management policies they are easily help to the society . If business earns profits they also helps in employments, Better standards of society etc.
